A focus on sustainability
Our spaces and services are designed with the environment in mind, employing “green building” strategies for water savings, energy efficiency, and indoor environmental quality. More than 1,000 shade trees on our property reduce solar heat gain and decrease water evaporation, while our garden areas are home to nearly 500 native, reused trees.
Our culinary team uses sustainable materials for all takeout and delivery meals, including reusable bags, containers made from corn-based plastics, and flatware manufactured from 50% plant starch.
